By accessing or using Mainline ("Service"), operated by Creston Vale ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The website build is a one-time fee of $2,000. Payment terms are agreed upon before the project begins. The build includes custom design, development, and launch of your website, typically completed within 1-2 weeks.
The Care Plan is an optional monthly subscription at $149 per month. It includes hosting, daily backups, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, plugin and core updates, speed checks, site analytics dashboard access, minor text and image edits, and email support. You may cancel the Care Plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to Care Plan features until then.
The Growth Plan is an optional monthly subscription at $499 per month. It includes everything in the Care Plan, plus one SEO ranking improvement per month, two SEO blog articles (600-900 words each, optimized for search), AI SEO optimization, one authority-building action per month, and a monthly performance report. You may cancel the Growth Plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Pro Plan is an optional monthly subscription at $999 per month. It includes everything in the Growth Plan, plus four SEO blog articles per month, two ranking improvements per month, one new landing page per month, advanced AI SEO optimization, two authority-building actions per month, priority execution, and advanced strategy-focused reporting. You may cancel the Pro Plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via the payment method on file. You agree to keep your billing information current. Failed payments may result in suspension of subscription services until payment is resolved.
The custom design and code created for your website during the build process is owned by Creston Vale. You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, branding). You are granted a license to use the website design for as long as you maintain an active Care Plan or other hosting arrangement with us.
You are responsible for:
Minor edits included in the Care Plan cover small text changes, image swaps, and similar updates. Major redesigns, new page builds, or feature additions are outside the scope of the Care Plan and may be quoted separately.
Growth Plan deliverables are fixed monthly items: one SEO improvement, one blog article, one authority action, and a monthly performance report. Pro Plan deliverables are fixed monthly items: two ranking improvements, two blog articles, one new landing page, AI SEO optimization, two authority actions, and phone support. Unused deliverables do not roll over to the following month. SEO blog articles are optimized content assets (600-900 words) focused on service or local topics - not journalism. We will communicate clearly if a request falls outside the included scope.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high uptime for websites hosted under our subscription plans. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events outside our control may affect availability.
Mainline provides website design, development, and management services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination of any subscription, hosting and related services will cease at the end of the current billing period.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
